All dishes prepared in Mimama’s Kitchen combine traditional Hungarian flavour with special ingredients, and even the most expensive restaurants in the city centre cannot run against it.
Mangalica and Hungarian Simmental Cattle coming from the model farm of Baumgartner family serve as ingredients of rare specialities. The pure-bred blonde Mangalica of the farm was also awarded the Gold-Ribbon Quality Certificate by the Hungarian Gastronomic Association in 2015. Choosing the right ingredients is one of the basic pillars of preparing proper dishes; therefore we use locally produced and prepared ingredients.
In the process of shaping the restaurant, we put special emphasis on creating an atmosphere, where our guests can feel themselves like at home during their stay. Designer furniture, open kitchen, wine and pálinka specialities and craft beer contribute to the perfect dining.
